Additional Pages
Additional sub-pages to your five (5) main pages can be added for $100.00 per page. This does not include staff pages which fall under a different price structure, outlined below.
Some businesses may wish to develop individual pages for those listed on the professional roster page. We feel it is best to do this in order to give each member of your office the proper exposure to highlight their professional experience and accomplishments.
Member pages can be developed at the following cost:
1 to 5 professionals, $100.00 per page 6 or more professionals, $75.00 per page Support staff (Paralegals, Assistants, Etc.) can be added at the special price of only $25.00 per page. We recommend adding these professionals to your site. In many instances, especially in Law Firms and Accounting Firms these professionals are billing fees to your clients. What better way to justify their cost then by showcasing their education and professional experience? It will also be a morale booster for your staff to feel truly part of your firm by being featured on your website. |
Maintenance
This may sound odd, but hopefully you won't need us. Many other companies like ours bank on customers needing them after the site is created. Our hope is that you will learn to use the site-builder included in your hosting package and will be able to update your site on your own.
Many customers may find it easier to have Power Play update their sites for them. We will update your site for $75.00 per hour (this fee is subject to change and is as of 2/26/06). Maintenance will be billed in 1/10's of an hour. That is how many professional businesses bill for their time, we will do the same. The minimum charge for any task will be 1/10 of an hour. This does not include email or telephone correspondence, only time working on your site.
Power Play Consulting will not enter into a monthly service agreement with you, as offered by our competitors. Many companies buy into these and end up not needing the maintenance and are basically throwing money away. We will be here when you need us and you will only be charged for the actual time it takes us to update your site.
At the end of the month you will be billed for any maintenance completed on your site for that month. Terms are Net/30. |
Terms and Conditions for the above Packages
1Price includes hosting fees for the website, email and URL registration for one (1) year. The basic package presently costs $119.50 USD per year and may change as time goes on. The customer is responsible for paying this annual fee, on his or her own each year, only the first year is included in the package price. Network Solutions (the hosting provider) can keep a credit card on file for you and charge your card each year prior to the renewal date to ensure your service is not interrupted. Power Play Consulting, LLC (PPC, LLC) is not responsible for any billing disputes that arise with Network Solutions. Network Solutions prides itself on its "uptime" and experience very few server availability issues, however PPC, LLC will not take responsibility and customer agrees to hold PPC, LLC harmless, of any disruption with website availability or email unavailability.
2 In addition to the following the language of Footnote 1 is incorporated herein. This price includes the basic hosting fee, presently $119.50 USD per year. If the customer requests additional mailboxes, website storage, URL registrations and/or data transfer, the Gold or Platinum package should be considered. This will increase the cost of the website.
3 In addition to the following the language of Footnote 1 is incorporated herein. The price is $60.00 USD more than the "basic" hosting package contained in the "Silver" package. The annual price for hosting under the "Gold" package is presently $179.50 USD per year. This price may change from year to year. It is the responsibility of the customer to renew this hosting fee each year.
4 In addition to the following the language of Footnote 1 is incorporated herein. The price is $230.00 more than basic hosting package contained in "Silver" package. The annual price for hosting under the "Platinum" package is presently $349.50 USD per year. This price may change from year to year. It is the responsibility of the customer to renew this hosting fee each year. |
